The base game of this add-on content is a follow-up to the first game, The Case of the Golden Idol, and is part of the award-winning Golden Idol detective saga. Presented in 2D graphics, this investigative title delves into stories of mystery and conspiracy through its point-and-click mechanics.
Four new scenarios
In Golden Idol Investigations - The Sins of New Wells, a prominent homicide detective sets foot in the city of New Wells once again, taking a position in the 9th District after getting transferred as sinners, drugs, murderers, and journalists run wild. Play as the notable homicide detective Roy Samson and dismantle the city's secret criminal syndicate that lurks beneath the surface.
This DLC contains four brand-new scenarios that involve the corrupt underground network of New Wells City. Solve these cases with Cliff Savea, Samson’s new partner, and uncover the mystery surrounding these matters. Be careful, though. Things are not what they seem, and something strange is definitely taking place. It is not a coincidence that Lemurian magic has been making headlines.
